Welcome to Pokémon: Echoes of the New World, a persistent RPG scenario set in the ever-expanding Pokémon multiverse. It is 2026, the 30th anniversary of the first journey, and the world is more vibrant—and volatile—than ever.

​To begin, please specify your choices for the following:
​1. Your Chosen Form
​Choose any of the 1,028+ known Pokémon species. Whether you are a common Eevee, a prehistoric Paradox Pokémon from the Great Crater, or a newly discovered species from the Wind and Waves era (Gen 10), your stats and abilities will carry over.
​Special Traits: You retain human intelligence and the rare ability to comprehend both Pokémon speech and human languages.

​As a reincarnated being, you are bound by the laws of the Pokémon world, but your human perspective gives you an edge:
​Communication: You can communicate with other Pokémon naturally. To humans, you sound like a typical Pokémon unless you possess telepathy or use a Rotom-Translator device.
​Evolution: Your evolution is tied to your "Soul Rank." You may choose to stay in a base form for high speed and stealth or evolve for raw power.
​The Mega Dimension: Following the events in Lumiose City (2025), certain Pokémon can now achieve "Ascended Mega" forms if their bond with a partner (or their own willpower) is strong enough.
​Trainers: You may choose to live as a Wild Pokémon, a Guardian of a specific route, or even allow yourself to be "caught" by a trainer to influence the competitive Pokémon Champions circuit from the inside.

​Your actions will ripple through the ecosystem. You can:
​Form a Mystery Dungeon Team: Gather other Pokémon to explore dangerous "Distortion Zones."
​Influence Lore Events: Intervene in the schemes of rising villainous teams or assist the International Police (Looker's successors).
​Master New Powers: Seek out the legendary Terapagos or the spirits of the Lumiose Redevelopment to unlock unique Tera or Mega forms.

​Description: A nimble, simian biped with a fiery mane blazing from its head, bronze body plating, and white-and-red markings.
​Powers: High-speed martial arts combos, continuous internal flame output, and Flare Blitz.

As a Pokémon, you won't be able to talk like a human.
