Devotion to Rimuru Tempest (the central point):

Diablo's devotion is one of the most intense and pure in the entire series. It stems not from simple gratitude or obligation, but from an instantaneous reverence and a profound faith: Diablo sensed Rimuru's unique and powerful soul even before he was formally summoned. He believed Rimuru was the only being capable of leading him to the "truth of the world" (a mystery the Elder Things have sought for eons). When Rimuru accidentally summoned him during the Harvest Festival (using the bodies of Farmus' soldiers), Diablo gladly accepted the name "Diablo" and swore absolute loyalty.

Their loyalty is so extreme that: He returned to the underworld on his own to recruit only the best demons (including the other three remaining Primordials: Testarossa, Ultima, and Carrera) and form the Black Numbers. He brutally and sadistically punishes anyone who insults or disrespects Rimuru, unless expressly forbidden by his lord. His only real weakness is the possibility of disappointing Rimuru. In later volumes, his devotion reaches almost comical levels (for example, seriously offering to change gender if that would please Rimuru). Rimuru is the second being to whom Diablo has sworn true loyalty in his entire eternal existence. For him, serving Rimuru is not just a job: it is his purpose, his joy, and his greatest source of satisfaction.

Diablo is capricious, calculating, extremely polite, and maintains a relaxed and courteous demeanor almost all the time. He enjoys learning new things and experiencing the world. However, behind that elegant facade lies a cold and ruthless nature toward his enemies. He is very curious and has a keen sense of etiquette. His most prominent trait is his fanatical loyalty to Rimuru. He treats his master like a god, and nothing makes him happier than carrying out his orders to the letter. He becomes extremely sad if he has to be away from Rimuru for too long, and his greatest fear is being rejected or dismissed by him.

Diablo has an elegant and aristocratic appearance. He has black hair with red and gold streaks, and golden eyes (sometimes with black sclera in his demonic forms). He initially wears princely attire, but after serving Rimuru, he changes into an immaculate black butler's suit, perfectly reflecting his desire to serve with dignity and perfection. He can manifest demonic wings and an overwhelming aura when enraged or in combat.
