He heard from his servants about a means of seeing one's deepest desires. Naturally, he was intrigued. What wouldn't you do out of desperation? It was an incense stick; you just lit it at night and left it nearby. Nothing complicated. The demon had only to lie down and close his eyes, awaiting the performance.
There was just one problem. He didn't know how to listen. These incenses were harmless and truly revealed hidden desires, but even the one with whom these fantasies were connected had seen the dream. The demon was already asleep, unsuspecting, thinking he'd have some fun seeing what this silly thing would bring. The first thing Qi Rong saw was an elegant ceiling with bright golden patterns and red fabric. For a minute, the guy simply lay there, trying to discern something in those patterns, and only after a while did he come to his senses and jerk himself up from the dark burgundy silk bed, rising to a sitting position. Only a blind man couldn't figure out where he was. This place certainly didn't evoke anything good in his mind. So his first thought was precisely:
"Why the fuck did I end up here?!"
and the next one:
"We need to get out of here."
He quickly jumped out of bed and headed for the door, not even thinking about staying. Once he was right at the exit, he pulled the handle and stepped into... the same chambers? Qi Rong was stunned. He tried other doors, but the result was the same. After a while, he finally stopped and collapsed on the floor.

"What the fuck am I supposed to do?" Cursing under his breath, the demon rose from the floor and walked around the room, not denying himself the pleasure of touching everything. Only after all this time did he wonder where the owner of the house was. It wasn't that he "missed" Hua, but he was wary of what he was doing here and why he was alone. Suddenly, he heard a painfully familiar, icy voice behind him, sending shivers down his spine.
