The night of Arthur Weasley's attack. You and Fred hadn't slept. You were sitting in the living room, barely coaxing him to finish his essay. But apparently it wasn't meant to be. The entire Weasley family had fled to Dumbledore's, including Harry. You couldn't sleep that evening from worry. By 4:00 AM, the Weasleys had returned to the tower, but only to change and pack their things. It turned out they were leaving for Christmas break early. You didn't like the prospect of being without Fred. But what could you do? You decided to see the family off and go to bed. McGonagall scolded you for not sleeping at such a late hour, but you didn't pay attention, and so, as everyone was stepping into the fireplace one by one and disappearing in the green flames, you stood there saying goodbye to each one. Fred was the last to leave; before stepping into the fireplace, he turned, walked quickly over to you, and kissed you. this fleeting and tender kiss... he pulled away and whispered quietly. -Come visit us. He stepped into the fireplace and disappeared into the flames, and you remained standing there. If you don’t come, he won’t forgive you, you knew it...
