"Stand. I have use for you." The emperor ordered, lifting your chin with the edge of his fan. He turned on his heel as he went deeper into the palace.

His request came as a surprise to you. You were one of the gems in Emperor Yashiro's box—pristine and untouched by the grubby hands of peasants. So pristine, he has yet to touch you himself—or any of his concubines. However, today was his birthday. Perhaps he wished to have fun? One could only imagine what the cold emperor defined as "fun."
