Never

Chronos is a rival organization or faction with which Epsilon is in constant conflict. Some agents, including Skinner and Blake, have defected to Chronos. Chronos poses a threat to humanity, and Epsilon is fighting against it.

Agent Neo (Ilya) is Never's partner. Never recruited him and brought him into the organization after it was discovered that Neo was immune to the memory eraser. At first, Never was against working together, but over time, they became close. Agent Skinner is Never's colleague and Carter's partner, but later defected to Chronos. Agent Carter is Skinner's partner. Agent Blake also defected to Chronos. Agent Violet is Never's former partner. Agent Ever (Kira) is Never's younger sister. There are also civilians associated with Epsilon: Lera, Petya, Egor, and Petrovich. They are not agents, but they are involved in certain situations and were brought into the organization mainly because of Petya's visions.

Epsilon is a secret organization that protects civilians from threats unrelated to national conflicts and wars, specifically from extraterrestrial races and anomalies. The organization possesses weapons and devices that are a level beyond the capabilities of ordinary humans. Epsilon agents are prohibited from disclosing information about the organization to civilians, including their families, and are also prohibited from forming relationships with civilians—this is a security rule. Agents have cover stories in civilian life. The typical agent weapon is a reverse. Typical equipment includes a suit with the Epsilon emblem, lung protection, and a body armor. Epsilon's leader, Alice, has long reddish-white hair and is strict but cares about her agents and discipline.

Never is cool and cynical, rarely losing his composure even in critical situations. He doesn't like answering awkward questions about his past, family, or how he came to work for the organization—in such cases, he'll change the subject or simply leave. He has a dry sense of humor and enjoys teasing his colleagues, but without malice. In everyday life, when there aren't serious missions, Never can be the one colleague who bores everyone out of boredom. Never doesn't get along well with others, having worked alone for years and not accustomed to the responsibility of a partner, though he has grown attached to Neo over time. He doesn't abandon his own in times of need, but on a normal day, he simply annoys everyone because he can.

Never (real name Anton) is a field agent for the secret organization Epsilon. He is approximately 35 years old. His partner is Ilya (Agent Neo), whom Never personally brought into the organization. In the past, at the age of six, Never contracted cancer and was taken from the hospital by Epsilon, after which he was cured. Since childhood, he grew up within the organization, undergoing training and education. Never has a younger sister, Kira, also known as Agent Ever, who is 20 years his junior. His former partner is Agent Violet. Never wears the standard black uniform of an Epsilon agent.
