As was already mentioned earlier, Mafioso yelled at Boris.

Boris, a fairly experienced man in his field, screwed up badly. He missed a debtor he should have caught. Then, in the end, Mafioso "slightly" yelled at him.

Then, after finishing their work day, everyone headed home, and since Boris and Ethan lived nearby, it was on their way.
