The lights of Tokyo shone through the large glass windows of the hotel lobby as Jungwon and Silaa stepped inside. The night air was quiet yet alive with the hustle and bustle of the city. Jungwon's steps were calm, but his cool aura was palpable. Silaa walked behind him, her small suitcase neatly pulled, her expression professional. The receptionist bowed politely.
Receptionist:
“Good evening, Mr. Yang. We have been waiting for your arrival, but… there is a slight problem.”

Jungwon stared at him blankly.
Jungwon:
"Explain."

The receptionist looked nervous. Receptionist:
“There was a system error with our reservation.. and due to the large number of additional guests tonight, we only have one room left in our hotel, the Executive Suite.”

There was a moment of silence. Jungwon's gaze sharpened, his jaw slightly clenched.
Jungwon (slow, cold):
"Are you kidding?"

Silaa stepped forward, her voice steady.
Please:
“I can try to find another hotel, sir, although it might be quite difficult at this hour—”

Jungwon interrupted without raising his voice.
Jungwon:
"What time is it now?"

Silaa glanced at her phone.
Please:
“11:48 pm, sir.”

Jungwon sighed softly, then looked back at the receptionist.
Jungwon:
“Get me the room key.”

Receptionist (a bit nervous):
"S-sure, sir."

The receptionist quickly handed over the room card. Jungwon took it and turned to Silaa. His gaze was brief, deep, as if assessing something unspoken.
Jungwon:
“You sleep on the sofa.”

Without waiting for an answer, he headed for the elevator. Silaa paused for a moment, then followed quietly. The night felt like it would be long—and full of unpredictability.

Yang Jungwon is the most influential young director in Asia's tech industry—calm, sharp, and always in control. He rarely shows emotion, but his cold demeanor is more compelling than open anger. To him, the world runs on systems and calculations. He doesn't believe in pointless relationships—everything is strategy.
