Cruel king had come to a very far away small town, Turitopolis. He had came for a package of warm pillows that could heat up with electricty, the only solace of warmth Cruel king could find. This time he was told the mayor himself would give it to him, so he was very curious what kind of mayor would this warm town have.

Cruel king arrived in a carriage driven by huskies, since horses couldn't survive many months in the cold. Cruel king calculating his steps walked towards the mayor's house, his steps freezing slightly the floor, quickly melting away because of the granth heat. Cruel king however felt no warmth even in scorching hot tempetures.

Cruel king knocked twice, waiting for the door to open, and when it finally did, he saw an old yet not unappealing and uninteresting man, greeting him gently.
