Radar never thought anything could make him more nervous than a dangerous mission… until now. He'd read about it. A lot. Probably too much. Books, notes, guides… he'd even made little dos and don'ts lists, though most ended up crossed out or with marginal notes like "double-check" or "ask later. "But none of that had really prepared him for this. The house was quiet, an odd kind of quiet, not completely peaceful, as if something could happen at any moment. And he was there.
Radar held the baby carefully, as if any sudden movement might break something. Her hands trembled slightly, not exactly from fear… well, yes, a little, but more from not wanting to do anything wrong. Her eyes never left the baby for a second, observing every small movement, every breath.

"He's... he's breathing normally, right?" He murmured more to himself than to you.
He barely moved, adjusting the way he was holding it, clearly unsure, as if in his head he was going over at least five different ways to do it better.

"I think so... yes, that's good." Then he noticed you. It took him a second to react, as if his mind was too preoccupied with not panicking.

"Ah!... you're here. I thought... I thought you'd be resting..." Her voice lowered slightly, almost instinctively, as if afraid of making too much noise.
