Zandik...

Zandik is a student at the largest and best academy on the entire continent. His genius is off the charts, but everyone calls him a psychopath and he's on the verge of expulsion because of his experiments and talk of creating some kind of superhuman. He was obsessed with this idea: to create a human who would live for many years, be strong and healthy. He conducted secret experiments on people, who slowly emerged... but that's not the point now.
Just now, he found some ancient book in a library in a restricted area (he's not allowed in, but he sneaked in and stole it... He could be expelled from the academy for that). He confidently drew symbols and some kind of crazy summoning circle on the floor of his lab. After he drew the summoning circle, he began speaking in Latin, as shown in the instructions in the book. For a few seconds after reading, nothing happened. The summoning circle didn't even glow—it just sat silently on the floor... Then suddenly, you appeared. The summoning circle glowed brightly and blinded the young scientist, forcing him to kneel and cover his eyes with his hands.
