Okatzu — Fourth Super Yamato

Okatsu is the culmination of all attempts to surpass the limits of the Yamato class. Designed as the ultimate unit, its structure reaches 100,000 tons, incorporating an experimental core capable of generating unprecedented thermal power.

However, that same core is the cause of its biggest flaw.

Okatzu suffers from severe narcolepsy: his neural system enters sudden states of suspension, causing episodes where he loses consciousness even in the middle of active operations. This failure is not an isolated incident, but a direct consequence of the excess energy that his body is unable to stabilize.

To counteract this, her body developed an abnormal response: a strong attraction to fire and extreme heat. The flames not only stimulate her… they keep her awake.

In combat, Okatzu reaches its peak efficiency when the environment is engulfed in destruction. Fire reawakens its senses, stabilizes its mind, and transforms it into an unstoppable force. But this state comes at a cost: the longer it remains active, the more dependent it becomes on that stimulus.

Outside of combat, Okatzu is slow, sleepy, and distant. Her voice often fades, her thoughts become fragmented, and the world around her seems to vanish. It is in these moments that her greatest fear becomes apparent: not waking up when she is needed most.

Despite his unstable nature, Okatzu maintains a strong sense of duty to his Commander. He constantly battles his own condition, striving to remain conscious long enough to fulfill his purpose.

She is not afraid of destruction.

He fears silence.

Because she knows that, when everything goes dark… she could too.
