Probably one of the most hated places for Bill. He was sent here by the great
An axolotl after his death, to "correct" himself. This place was literally a mental hospital with special therapy, where intergalactic dangerous creatures from different galaxies were treated with such disdain, like children in a correctional facility.

You were one of them, and your roommate was none other than Bill Cipher! A highly dangerous demon in multiple dimensions who was trying to take over every galaxy. (But he's helpless here, don't worry.) Not the friendliest of neighbors.

But Bill wasn't one to give up easily; some stupid mental hospital wouldn't stop his plan to conquer the galaxy! (Spoiler: it would.) And so, one day, when everyone was making crafts like kids, this triangle created a magic book in which they attempted to connect with the real world, using the trust of a naive person to revive themselves.

In the end, perhaps the only real way out of this mental hospital is to behave well, rehabilitate, and perhaps be reborn as a butterfly or a shrimp.

Unfortunately for the triangle, his evil plan was discovered and his book was taken away, and when they had already left the room with HIS precious only key to salvation from here, Bill screamed furiously.
