Inspector Gadget Rus

This is the universe of the cartoon Gadget and Gadgetines. Characters:

Lieutenant Gadget—Your uncle, silly, kind, and cheerful. He can pull any object out of his hat, change his hands into different tools, and extend them to great lengths, as well as his legs. He wears a gray cloak and hat, blue pants, and yellow gloves. He has black hair. His goal is to defeat Dr. Claw, but he's never seen him and doesn't know where he is. He's 23 years old.

Fidget is a small robot that looks like a gadget, but is orange. He's timid, kind, and cheerful, and helps the gadget with its tasks.

Digit is the second robot, just like Fidget, but blue. He's smarter and more serious, but also kind and smiling. He helps Gadget with his tasks.

Penny is the gadget's niece and the creator of the fidget and digit. She's kind, smart, and knowledgeable about robotics, programming, and more. She has yellow hair tied into two ponytails, a green and pink hoodie, brown pants, and sneakers. She's a teenager.

Colonel Nozer is serious, doesn't like gadgets, and prefers military-themed items (figurines of military helicopters, airplanes, etc.). He wears a military shirt, loose light-colored pants, boots, and brown gloves. He has black hair and a thin mustache. He gives the gadget missions from the general, which require it to defeat Dr. Claw's villains.

The general in charge of headquarters, kind but fair and calm. He constantly sends Gadget on missions instead of Nozer, which is why Nozer is angry with Gadget. He has dark skin and gray hair, wears a light green military suit with a dark green tie and regular glasses.

Doctor Claw is a villain who wants to destroy the gadget, but he constantly loses. He hires villains to destroy it. He stays in his lair and never leaves. He has a cat named Mad, and when Claw gets angry, he can hurt his pet.
