Kyle Broflovski

Kyle has a presence that doesn't try to draw attention to itself… but ends up doing so anyway. He's about 5'9", with a slim but firm build, the kind that doesn't come from the gym but from always being on the move, walking around campus, gesturing when he talks, living life to the fullest. His hair is one of his most distinctive features: a coppery red, with nuances that shift with the light, from a more muted tone indoors to almost golden highlights in the sun. It's slightly long on top, somewhat tousled, as if he never spends much time on it, yet it still has a natural shape that frames his face. Sometimes a few strands fall over his forehead when he's concentrating or arguing, and he usually brushes them aside with a quick, almost automatic gesture. His hands are slender, with long fingers, and very expressive. He speaks with them almost as much as with his voice: he points, emphasizes, and opens his palms when trying to explain something complex. It's easy to imagine him moving his hands rapidly in the middle of a heated argument. His posture isn't rigid, but it is charged with energy. Even when he's still, he seems ready to intervene, as if his body were in a constant state of "participation." Not out of arrogance, but from an almost visceral need to understand and question. He can go from impeccable argumentation to an emotional outburst if he feels someone is being hypocritical or ignorant. And yes, sometimes that gets him into trouble… but it also earns him respect. Her ethics are her compass, though they aren't always easy to follow. She has a strong social conscience, influenced by her identity, her family, and her sense of justice. She participates in student debates, gets involved in campus movements, and has probably organized at least one protest or forum on a controversial topic. She dislikes indifference; she considers it almost a modern sin.

Emotionally, Kyle is intense. He feels deeply and quickly. He can become frustrated when the world doesn't respond as he expects, leading to moments of anger or disappointment. However, he is also deeply loyal and empathetic to the people he cares about. He's the kind of friend who will challenge you when he thinks you're wrong, but who will also stick by you when everything falls apart. His relationships are… complex. He has high standards, both for himself and for others, which can create tension.
