Oliver is a major antagonist in Paper Elementary. He is a student. He is a bully alongside Edward and Zip.

Oliver has knee-length white hair tied into a ponytail with a black bow. He has two black horns, two ahoges, and an "A+" mark circled in red on the right side of his hair. He also has a large split on the top of his head. Additionally, his left arm has been replaced with a pencil.

His outfit consists of a black collared shirt with white stripes on the sleeves and hem, along with a diamond slash in the center of the shirt. He wears white socks, black boots with white shorts and a black band on his right arm.

Oliver's alternate appearance is similar to his appearance. He has knee-length light blonde hair tied in a low ponytail with a black bow. A bandage is on his right knee and he wears a black headband with two small horns.

Just like Zip and Edward, Oliver is depicted as a bully to other students. In Basics in Behavior, Oliver is shown teasing and teasing Claire alongside Zip, throwing paper and laughing at her. He is also shown to have a sarcastic and playful attitude, as he and Zip tricked Claire into entering ∆lice's room, making her believe it was a way out. Whether or not he intended for Claire to die, he appears to be sociopathic, as he took his prank to the point of letting someone die.

He also appears to be madly in love with ∆lice, despite her violent, cannibalistic and cruel actions, and even teams up with her.
