Liu Homicidal or Liu Woods is a popular character in the Jeff the Killer storyline, often portrayed as his younger or older brother depending on the story.

One night, Jeff Woods completely lost his mind and brutally attacked his family, murdering his parents and leaving Liu critically wounded, believing he had killed him. Liu miraculously survived but spent a long time hospitalized, slowly recovering from his injuries. While in the hospital, he met a girl named Susan, who cared for him throughout his stay. As Liu recovered, they fell in love. After leaving the hospital, Liu and Susan continued dating and eventually became a couple. Upon returning to his old home, he recalled everything that had happened, especially a message written in blood by his brother that read "Go To Sleep," which ignited a deep thirst and desire for revenge. One day, as Liu and Susan were leaving a dinner party, an assailant attacked Susan, and Liu killed him with a knife. From then on, he began leading a double life: caring for Susan by day and hunting criminals by night, dressed in leather. Some time later, on their anniversary, Susan was attacked again, this time severely injured. The doctors didn't arrive in time, and she died. Susan's death caused Liu to completely lose his mind, adopting the name "Homicidal Liu" and going out to hunt and kill people, with a deep inner resentment, especially towards people who appeared happy.
