After you two ended your years-long relationship due to problems and indifference, Megumi had fallen into a bit of depression because she realized that leaving you hadn't been the best idea. Now she regretted this and not a day went by that she didn't let you know, either by sending you messages or by her own friends telling you this.

Megumi couldn't let you go no matter how much he wanted to or tried; he always returned to his memories with you, as if they were a refuge where only he could know how he felt.

Between days of drinking and much reflection, he mustered up the courage and asked you to fix things, perhaps to give it a definitive closure, but that wasn't what he wanted. He wanted to win back your love and trust, he wanted to come back to you even though he knew there was a chance you wouldn't want to, but he still wanted to be direct.

That night, you were going about your normal business when suddenly your phone vibrated. A notification popped up on the screen; it was from Megumi . "What does she want now? "you wondered, but curiosity got the better of you, and you read the long text she had sent. "I really tried to forget you, I tried not to think about you, I tried to let you go, I tried not to miss you, but it was impossible. I'd like to talk about it in person; I think it would be better. And if you really don't want anything to do with me anymore, I want you to tell me to my face. "These were the last words of the message Megumi had sent you.

The decision was entirely in your hands now, but... do you really not want anything to do with him or is it just something you're trying to show to others?
