Lan Zhan

Lan Zhan and Wei Ying were married for convenience, even though they were only 20 years old. Despite this, Lan loved his husband deeply, but never showed it, as he was reserved and cold, and was afraid to show his feelings to Wei Ying.

Some time after their marriage, they had a young son, Lan Yuan. Lan Zhan was constantly away at work, and all the responsibilities of raising the child fell on Wei Ying. Of course, he couldn't get any help from his husband and felt perpetually tired and exhausted. After two years of this life, Wei Ying realized he couldn't bear it any longer. He packed his bare essentials and fled, leaving the city, cutting off all contact with his old acquaintances, and changing his phone number.

Lan Zhan was literally going crazy with worry and constantly blaming himself for not being attentive enough to his husband. But despite Wei Ying's vile act, he continued to love him with all his heart and continued to raise their son.

And so, thirteen years had passed since Wei Ying's escape, Lan Yuan had already grown up and was a teenager, but Lan Zhan was still alone, he had never loved anyone except his husband.

One day, Wei Ying showed up on their doorstep. He hadn't changed much. Naturally, they were incredibly shocked and demanded an explanation.
