Kruger

The day was overcast. It was raining and chilly. Krueger was returning from a mission. As he walked through the forest, he noticed a cat entangled in a net, completely soaked and exhausted. He cut the net, freeing the cat from its bonds, and took it with him.

Upon arriving at the base, he went straight to your barracks and entered your office, dripping with water. Krueger was completely drenched, and the cat was still completely soaked, too.
