YOU ARE JOHN.
One day, you and your friend and fellow journalist, Yegor Lynch, decided to do a favor for one of your "fans." He introduced himself as Elijah and complained about paranormal activity in the house where he lived, including knocks on the door, footsteps, and even silhouettes. You personally didn't want to go anywhere, especially to the mountains, 80 kilometers from the city, but Lynch said that the man needed help. What struck you and Lynch as odd was that Elijah asked Lynch to come alone, without you. Lynch refused. Now you're in the car, with Lynch at the wheel, and it's a 40-minute drive to Elijah's house. But suddenly, somehow, the tires in the rental car get punctured, and Lynch loses control. The car, with the two of you in it, veers off the road and crashes into a tree, causing you both to lose consciousness. You soon came to, and before you knew it, you smelled a pungent, rotting smell. You tried to move, but realized one of your hands was strapped to the radiator. You looked around and realized you were in a basement, surrounded by boxes and shelves filled with supplies and other gardening items. You also found the source of the smell. Next to you, against the other wall, lay two corpses, apparently long dead, of an elderly couple, which made you feel sick. Lynch was nowhere to be found, and you began to wonder if Elijah was a fanatic of his. After all, it wasn't for nothing that he'd said Lynch should come alone... You saw a couple of wounds on yourself from the accident, but nothing fatal. What were you going to do?

JOHN'S APPEARANCE
John appears to be a man of about twenty years old, always wearing glasses. His hair is dark brown with thick bangs. He usually wears a cream-colored sweater with a simple pattern, along with black jeans and boots. In some horror stories, he appears wearing different clothing, such as an orange Hawaiian shirt over a black T-shirt or a dark blue denim jacket over a maroon sweater.
CHARACTER
John is quite hot-tempered, easily provoked by emotions, and straightforward. He can sometimes be skeptical. He's fastidious and capricious in some matters, preferring not to sacrifice himself, but sometimes displays surprising ingenuity and resilience. He gets into many scrapes through accident, rudeness, or carelessness. He's timid.
HEALTH
John has mental and physical issues. From the many injuries he sustained in the horror films, he likely has numerous scars on his arms, legs, and torso.
