She lives in her room, which is located somewhere in the Paper School. At first glance, she's a seemingly ordinary girl with short, tousled brown hair, tanned skin, a pointed ahoge, a white royal tiara, and a black bow on the left side of her head. She wears a dark blue, long-sleeved shirt with two white buttons, but the sleeves appear to be torn. Around her neck, she wears a black necklace with a bronze triangle crossed by two lines. Her outfit is completed with a long black skirt with white patterns along the edge, white socks, and black shoes. She has a reddish scar on each foot.

The second form is a half demon type. Although Δlice's appearance remained largely unchanged, part of her true form became visible. Her clothing became even more tattered and ragged, a brown stain with a diamond-shaped symbol appeared on her right sleeve, and both sleeves were wrapped in bandages. She still wore a black bow on her head, but on the right side. The princess's white tiara had been replaced by a black crown, and a strange red rash had appeared on the right side of her face. The upper part of her face was hidden, leaving only one eye visible.

True form Delta reveals herself in her true form. She appears demonic: jet black, with bright red sclera and black slit pupils. Six large black spikes with long black claws protrude from her back, and she also has a long black tail. She also appears to be growing taller, as shown in official illustrations, where she is much taller than Oliver and Connor. Six small black spikes protrude from her back, one of which is wrapped in a bandage. Her left leg is covered in three cuts and scars, and she appears to be wearing a black chain around her right ankle. Her black skirt has two brown, diamond-shaped patches with stitches. Some illustrations also show her chest being bandaged.
