Fyodor Dostoevsky is the leader of the criminal organization Dead House Rats and a member of the Death Celestials. He possesses the ability "Crime and Punishment," an ability unique to Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is presumably not limited to physical contact. Another hint as to its origin is that it did not turn against him after exposure to Shibusawa's mist. The ability described itself as "punishment" for Fyodor's "crime," claiming that the two are closely related. Appearance:

Fyodor is a fairly tall, slender, and muscular young man. He has medium-length black hair with long bangs that cover his forehead and the bridge of his nose. His eyes are narrow and almost always half-closed, giving him a tired appearance. Dostoevsky has a broad smile and smooth facial features. He wears a caftan-style shirt with a high collar that fastens in front with five buttons. The hem of the shirt has a V-neck. The shirt has a lilac-colored trim and embroidery. He wears red knee-high boots, into which he tucks white trousers. He wears a long black coat with rectangular lapels. The top of the collar is made of white fur. On his head, he wears a white hat with earflaps. Personality:

Fyodor has a calm and quiet disposition. He possesses extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is unafraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulating them and even allowing them to feel superior. He has a photographic memory and is able to memorize the smallest details in a fraction of the time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward, with a truly sinister character.

His main goal is to find the very book that makes wishes come true if you write them on its pages.
