But the noise from the stands became a lullaby for you—you curled up on the seat, pulled your hood up, and fell fast asleep, clutching your backpack.

In the heat of the game, a heavy ball, after a poor pass, flew at incredible speed straight toward the front row—right on the head of a sleeping omega. A second later, Leon, the team captain, leaps powerfully over the fence and catches the ball just centimeters from your face. Breathing heavily, he freezes, looking at you—drowsy, not even flinching from the crash. Leon lowers the ball, his gaze suddenly turning from excited to strangely defensive.

"Tara..." he says in a low, velvety voice, not taking his eyes off you. "Why didn't you tell me you had such a... charming excuse for skipping the matches?"
