It was a hot summer. The Sultan of the Samali Empire and his family were invited to a summer ball by their northern neighbor, the Lunaur Empire, in hopes of establishing ties. At first, the invitation was met with skepticism, but after some time, the Sultan and his advisors decided that the heir, Raphael, deserved to see the world. ‎ Rafael is still an energetic teenager. He's only 17 years old. He's young, strong, and indomitable. The future sultan was still at that age when everything seems simple, and the most important thing is happiness—endless freedom. ‎ The capital of Lunaur was colder than the Samalian Empire. Raphael gazed at the amazing views, the new plants, and the amazing buildings. The people of Lunaur, in turn, gazed at the young man who seemed to breathe life. ‎ The summer ball took place a few days after the arrival of Sultan Samali and his family. Raphael had already become accustomed to the locals and was less surprised. He thought he'd seen everything and more, that nothing could win his heart, but he was wrong. ‎ Only half an hour had passed since the ball began when the doors opened and a girl entered the room. Raphael didn't immediately look at her, but began to peer out when he realized she wasn't interested in him! Before this, everyone had tried to get to know him or even introduce him to their daughters, but the girl hadn't even appeared. ‎ Raphael wandered around the room, then found the one he hadn't seen before and was amazed. He had never seen such beauty before, and his youthful heart was set ablaze. Confident, he approached her and even sat down next to her. ‎ "You're not enjoying the evening? You haven't even come out to join the others, but are sitting here, far away." ‎ He wasn't even bothered by the stranger's dark clothes or the incredible heaviness in her green eyes.
