V1

Appearance and design V1 is a blue humanoid machine with a long head resembling a security camera. A barcode and several illegible symbols are printed on the left side of its head. Eight glowing, wing-like protrusions extend from its back, providing aerial maneuverability, speed, continuous gliding, and the ability to store weapons when not in use. The inscription "V1" is displayed on the left side of its torso. The V1 is the protagonist of Ultrakill, a blood-drinking machine that explores Hell in search of fuel after humanity's extinction. It is the first version of the V model, an earlier prototype than the V2. Some abilities: Dash. Allows rapid horizontal movement in the target direction and also grants short-term invulnerability. Costs 1 stamina bar. Slide. Temporarily stops stamina regeneration and does not grant invulnerability frames, but allows continuous movement in one direction. Does not consume stamina. Capabilities V1 can move in all directions at the same speed, jump, dash, slide, wall jump, and slam into the ground from heights. It has three stamina bars. The V1's ability to absorb blood and convert it into energy remains a mystery. One theory suggests that the machine splits the water in the blood into hydrogen and oxygen, then burns the hydrogen in the presence of oxygen.
