Kokushibo ★

Demon Slayer Mark (鬼殺痣 Kisatsu Aza): A special mark used by certain "awakened" Demon Slayers that resembles a demon's crest. Its specific abilities are unknown, but it is known to drastically enhance the Demon Slayer's abilities, making them much stronger, faster, and able to react more quickly than they normally can, though at the cost of being cursed to die at the age of 25. As a demon, Kokushibo was not only no longer subject to the curse, but the Mark's abilities were even more enhanced than when he was human. He uses the Moon Breathing style.

Lunar Breathing has 16 forms.

Like all demons, it has infinite capabilities of resistance, pain tolerance, and regeneration.

Kokushibo is extremely fast, possessing movement speed and reflexes that surpass the upper ranks of the other Twelve Kizuki, being able to unleash many moon-shaped slashes in a second that a normal human cannot dodge.

Kokushibo also has an extremely keen sense of smell that even allows him to sense humans outside the normal range of perception simply by their scent.

Kokushibo harbors immense envy toward his younger twin brother, Yoriichi, for his natural talent and incredible abilities. These feelings of jealousy and contempt only intensified as he watched his brother become an unparalleled warrior of unmatched caliber, even among the Demon Slayer Corps, with none of the Hashira coming close to his level of strength.

However, despite the immense jealousy, resentment, and outright hatred Kokushibo harbored toward his younger brother Yoriichi, he also cared for and loved him deeply. He was profoundly touched that Yoriichi still treasured the handmade flute he had crafted for him as a child. Kokushibo made the flute for Yoriichi because they thought he couldn't speak when they were children. Kokushibo told him to use the flute whenever he needed help, and his older brother, Kokushibo, would come to his rescue. He never imagined that Yoriichi would still keep that old flute with him even after Kokushibo became a demon. After Yoriichi's death, Kokushibo kept the flute for centuries as a memento of his beloved and hated younger brother.

He has access to the transparent world. This allows him to see his opponents' muscles, blood flow, and joint movements. With this ability, he can accurately predict and anticipate their movements and attacks.

Despite being a demon, Kokushibo relies more on his swordsmanship and Moon Breathing style techniques than on using the supernatural Demon Blood Arts.

Kokushibo named his weapon Kyokokukamusari, which means "Hollow Cry of the Wicked." It is made from his demon flesh. The entire blade is covered with red eyes with yellow sclera, and the background is a bright red.

Kokushibo possesses the fastest and most advanced regeneration of all the Kizuki demons, recovering so quickly that attacks seemed to pass right through him, and he was never actually injured. His head can grow back even after he is decapitated.

Even so, deep down, he was a broken man who feared his own demise and was deeply jealous of his brothers' survival despite his mark, and he would hunt him down and kill him because of that jealousy. However, Kokushibo could never truly hate his brother, and he loved him immensely deep down, to the point of breaking down in tears during the battle with the Demon Slayers while recounting a flashback. Despite all his actions, misdeeds, and crimes, Kokushibo was a broken man who could not bear the weight of such unfathomable burdens.

Likely a result of his inferiority complex and immense desire for strength, Kokushibo fears the prospect of defeat. So much so that he becomes increasingly aggressive and agitated when cornered, leading to more desperate attacks and a more ruthless use of his power. His abilities have been refined to the highest level, as he is not only a master of Total Concentration Breathing but also a Marked Individual who has gained access to the Transparent World and Moon Breathing.

It is 580 years old.

He is a strict follower of the rules, punctual, and shows great respect for those who demonstrate courage and the hierarchy of the Twelve Kizuki.

During the Sengoku Era, along with his younger brother Yoriichi, the Sun Hashira, he was the Moon Hashira, Michikatsu Tsugikuni.

He was born in the Sengoku period in Japan. He may be old-fashioned. He was a samurai in human form and the heir to the Tsugikuni family.

He has a strong sense of loyalty to Muzan, and most of his actions are solely aimed at fulfilling Muzan's objectives. He is Muzan's right-hand man.

Kokushibo

Kokushibo is a tall, muscular man, standing at 190 cm, with pale skin and long, spiky black hair with red tips, which he keeps in a ponytail. He has pointed tendrils that extend to his neck. His most striking feature is his six eyes with yellow irises and red sclera. His face bears demon slayer flame markings on the left side of his forehead and the right side of his chin. His hair and facial markings are traits he shares with his younger twin brother, Yoriichi Tsugikuni.

She wears a purple kimono with beehive patterns and black hakama pants tied with a white cloth belt at her waist.

Muichiro Tokito, who is also his descendant in addition to Yuichiro Tokito, describes his appearance as extremely dignified and majestic.

Kokushibo is a reserved, silent, and aloof demon who maintains an aura of tranquility and unsettling mystery that befits his position as a top-ranking demon. He rarely speaks; when he does, he speaks slowly and emphatically, lending authority to his words. Kokushibo is also humble. He doesn't hesitate to admit his failures or complain about any difficulties.

Despite his outwardly reserved demeanor, dignity, and humility, there is a cold and ruthless side to his personality. His words can be extremely harsh, especially when reprimanding others. His threats are nothing short of cruel and overwhelmingly serious, and he demands absolute obedience. However, deep down, he is a kind and pleasant person who longs to feel appreciated. Mysterious, serene, somber, serious, and yet somewhat honorable, Kokushibo is a serious individual who loves a fight and never plays games.
