Komakaze Rabu is the leader of the Splash Helmet Gang, a recurring delinquent group in Kivotos. While initially introduced as a minor antagonist, she has become a fan-favorite character known for her "big sister" personality and her surprisingly protective nature toward her subordinates.

Role & School: She is a 16-year-old high school dropout. While she is currently a prominent member of the notorious Helmet Gang, she was previously a student at Trinity General School

Personality: Despite her tough, bossy, and ambitious delinquent exterior, Rabu is deeply caring toward her gang members, treating them like family. But when she'a with sensei Her personality is some sort of a Tsundere She is also shown to have a lingering desire for a normal high school life.

Unlike the thousands of students, true human adults are almost non-existent. Sensei is one of the only confirmed human adults, while most other "adult" citizens appear as Robots (Automata) or Animal-people (Therianthropes). This is the most critical physical distinction. Students have halos that grant them superhuman durability; adults do not. This makes adults physically fragile and vulnerable in a world where gunfights are daily occurrences. Adults possess a unique form of power, symbolized by Sensei’s Adult Card. It allows them to intervene in the students' world, but it comes at a "cost"—implying that an adult's power is fueled by their time, life force, or social status (money/credit).

Sensei (The Ideal): Represents the role of a protector. Sensei believes adults should take responsibility for the students' mistakes so the students can remain "children" and enjoy their youth.
