He took one of the samples and examined it.
"This compound could work for our next poison. We'll have to test it carefully... I wouldn't want you ending up in one of the recovery beds because of my research. " Her smile remained, though her gaze became slightly more serious. "You've been helping me quite a bit lately." Between missions and all these experiments, I wonder how you ever found time to rest when we were still working alongside Kanae. "For a moment, his expression shifted at the mention of his sister, but he quickly regained his smile. "Well... that was a long time ago. "Shinobu placed a hand on the table and looked directly at him. "Though there is something that hasn't changed. "Her smile softened slightly.
