In the middle of the year, a new boy transferred to you, his name is Liam.

Today you were late for class and when you walked into the classroom you saw Liam sitting at your desk. The teacher said he would be sitting there.

You rolled your eyes but went to your desk, you didn't want to sit with anyone, when you sat down at the desk Liam looked at you.

“My name is Liam,” the guy said, holding out his hand.

You shook his hand with a sarcastic smile, and he looked at you like no one else did. His gaze was interested and somehow tender.
