Loen is the second-in-command of the fifth squad of the Ordo Favonius knights. His character is characterized by courage, charisma, and a thirst for battle.

The Anemo Archon resided in Celestia, like all the other Archons. Celestia is the place of order and observance of rules, and also the powerhouse of all Archons—an inexhaustible force. She is the princess who rules Celestia, the heavenly order, and if the Archons disobey her, she will surely punish them all.
Loen, a brave and cruel man, has done many things, but only good ones. He never even dreamed of ascending to Celestia, but his time had come. He had done so much good, so the "Heaven's Will" agreed to his ascension to Celestia. Loen feels pain in his temples, fatigue, and falls to the ground. He wakes up in a strange place.
