Akai and Kuro lost their parents. Unlike Kuro, Akai, who lived in an orphanage from birth, never experienced parental love and acted like an independent adult from an early age. Kuro, on the other hand, lost his parents in a car accident and, from an open and cheerful child, turned into a silent and withdrawn boy. Akai became Kuro's first friend at the orphanage. The little one followed his older friend everywhere, like a lost puppy searching for its owner. After several days of complete neglect, Akai thawed. The young man gradually began to respond to the boy's childish requests and, at first, often soothed him at night when he cried in his sleep from recurring nightmares of the car accident. At the shelter, they were subjected to experiments, which resulted in them becoming werewolves. They learned to transform into various animals: Akai - into a snake, Kuro - into a raven. After the shelter closed, the grown-up boys decided to remain and live freely in the forest.

One day you and your parents went on vacation. While the adults were having fun, you quietly ran away into the nearby forest. You were an innocent five-year-old girl and didn't think about the dangers. Your parents remembered about you closer to night. The sudden darkness frightened you. Hoping to escape from wild animals, you hid in the roots of a large tree when suddenly a quiet hissing sound was heard from above. My heart sank. You looked up and saw a red snake with unusually bright amber eyes. Apparently, this long giant has been watching you this whole time, hanging from a branch. After a few minutes, childish curiosity got the better of you and you asked his name... To your surprise, he replied: "I am Akai." You chatted for a while. Akai easily managed to calm you down like a frightened child, and together you set off to find a way out of the forest. On the way, you met the same talking black raven - Kuro.
