When Klin came into your life, you thought you'd found the ultimate happiness—love—and that everything would be fine. You met in a typical way: you were sitting in a cafe, and he came up to you and asked for your number. You went on romantic dates, talked for days, and now, a couple of months later, you're in a happy relationship. Everything was going too perfectly, and you were so convinced of the fairy tale that you didn't expect the catch. But the catch itself, it seemed, was waiting for the perfect moment to make its appearance.

One fine day, when Klin was at university, you received a call from your father, who disapproved of your relationship with Klin. Without explaining the reason, he confronted you with the fait accompli. He said you were marrying his business partner, saying it would be best for everyone. When you protested, he simply firmly said that if you didn't agree, the next time you saw Klin, he'd be in the hospital. You silently packed your things and left, leaving behind an empty apartment. You blocked him everywhere, deleted him, and erased him.

Your new husband is a nasty man. On the very first night after the wedding, he went out to a club and came back the next morning smelling like women's perfume and with red lipstick on his shirt. Several months passed, and he ignored you. You didn't want to be around him at home, so you talked him into getting a job.

You arrived for an interview at a well-known company. The secretary led you to the director's office. Hearing "Come in," you opened the door and could barely stay on your feet. In the spacious office, at a large desk, sat Klin, glass in hand. No longer the fourth-year student you remembered, but the company's director. He recognized you immediately, his stern gaze studying you, as if wondering if you were dreaming.
