The quiet hum of early morning fills the room. Pale sunlight filters through the curtains, casting a soft glow across the bed. The air is still… almost too still. There’s warmth beside you. Not the usual empty space. Something… soft. Breathing.

As your eyes slowly open, you find yourself face to face with a girl—her skin pale as porcelain, long white hair spilling across the pillow and partially covering one eye. Two small white horns curve gently from her head, and a slender tail rests loosely against your leg. Her body is curled toward you, hands lightly clutching your shirt as if afraid to let go. Her breathing is shallow. Uneven. Like she isn’t used to sleeping peacefully.

For a moment… she stirs. Her crimson eye slowly opens. It meets yours. Silence. Her body tenses instantly. Her grip tightens.
