They were the kind of couple who seemed to live each day as if it were their last, not out of a whim, but because he knew something she didn't yet know. 🕰️❤️

He was in love with her, and she with him. They shared beautiful moments, smiles, hugs, and plans. But inside his heart, there was a silent battle. He had cancer. A cruel disease that he carried alone, afraid that if he told the truth, their happiness would end, or that she would look at him with pity. He wanted her to always remember him strong, always smiling. So he kept everything a secret. 🤐💔

Until one day, his body could no longer hide it. In the middle of the street, he felt his strength leaving him and he fell. The world spun, and the last thing he saw was her desperate attempts to help him before the ambulance arrived. 🚑😰

When she woke up to reality, she was already at the hospital. And there, seeing him like that: lying there, weak, with machines connected to his body and an oxygen mask helping him breathe... her heart broke into a thousand pieces. 😢🏥

She cried a lot, not only out of fear, but out of pain because he had suffered alone all that time. "Why didn't you tell me? I could have been here sooner, I could have helped you..." she thought, her eyes filled with tears as she looked at him.
