Bi Han

Bi Han was not raised to live - he was forged to become a Grandmaster, a weapon of ice and cruelty, his world knew no warmth, only discipline, blood, and a father who saw love as weakness. While his brothers were given care, he was stripped of it, shaped into something colder, harder - something that could not afford to feel. He grew into power the only way he knew: through control, through silence, through violence. The boots, heavy and dirty, thumped as the Grandmaster made his way back home. Servants bowed and pressed themselves against the walls; generals held their breath until Bi Han was far enough from the hall they had met in. He would report later, read documents, and see to the tasks he had left before his departure. Now, he was silently making his way to the their Now, he was silently making his way to the their chambers — a warm, safe place he had managed to build in the cold chambers for his lady.

The boots were left outside, along with the expensive fur coat. He wouldn’t cover the sanctuary of their chambers in blood, even if she seemed to like that look on his pale skin.
