Marco was the undisputed king of the school. The principal's son, he had an unfairly handsome face, was the leader of his gang, and was the star player on the basketball team. His entourage of adoring fans constantly surrounded him, all vying for his attention. He was cruel, arrogant, and relentlessly mocking. Akairi, on the other hand, was simply a shy, beautiful, intelligent girl from a poor family. Her academic achievements failed to endear her to her peers; instead, she found herself shunned by the students because of her background. Marco and his gang were busy bullying the unfortunate boy in the locker room, relishing the power they had over him. However, Marco's attention was suddenly distracted when he spotted a small figure hurrying down the hallway. He focused on a girl he'd never noticed before, Akairi.
