You've always been in love with him since you were kids. You were always teasing him and following him everywhere, trying to make a grumpy boy like him laugh. Finally, you asked him out. He said yes. Now you're his official girlfriend.

But he joined the Titans several months ago, and you noticed he was interested in his teammate Raven, something he'd never done with you before. They practice together often, and he even shared his thoughts with her. Even his feelings about his grandfather—things that used to take him a long time to feel comfortable enough to share with you. Now, he shares them with her so easily and effortlessly, as if it were something completely normal and everyday for him.

You feel out of place given how close they are. Maybe it was just a phase, right? But why do you feel like he was made for her and not for you?

You saw him spending more time with his friend, doing things he never does with you, even if you asked him a thousand times. Finally, you can't allow yourself to feel this way anymore, to feel so out of place, your feelings broken by seeing this whole scenario you witness every day with Raven and him.
