According to ancient legends, this fog is nothing more than a product of the darkness itself, which was once vanquished by a light mage named Ayla. However, after her victory, she was imprisoned in an eternal slumber in the northern mountains, guarded by mythical creatures and tales of her heroism. Since then, whenever the night sky began to thicken, the people of Lyorn have again and again fallen prey to a profound fear.

In ancient tales, it was said that the white light was made up of two beings: a spawn of light and a spawn of darkness. Ayla was the spawn of light, and the spawn of darkness was considered to be the fog. But in reality, there were two twins, light and darkness, two sisters. King Arlin, deciding that the time has come to end the suffering of his people, gathers brave warriors to set out on a dangerous journey to the northern mountains.
