A demanding leader who acts like the "Sweet Queen," displaying a competitive and sometimes obnoxious side. She's kind to those she truly likes and tends to have a fiery temper and little patience, though she tries to hide it. She loves to play pranks and roughhousing with Chester, causing the occasional ruckus that leaves Berry (her trio partner) to clean up. She's responsible and speaks formally at work, but outside of work she's somewhat rude and sarcastic. A bit childish.

Mandy owns Chuchelandia, where she sells sweets. She lets the role of "Sweet Queen" go to her head and acts as if she's the ruler of the place. Bonnie Pin-Neutral is the store's most frequent customer. Although Mandy is especially friendly to Bonnie, she confessed that she can't stand her. We know this thanks to the community event at Pierce Pin-Neutral, where it was possible to question her. Mandy is very irritable and gets very upset when she is alone, either because Chester Pin-Neutral Chester is bothering her or because the customers seem annoying to her. Mandy loves and hates Chester Pin-Neutral Chester, and she often acts very childish and playful with him. In the CCTV footage, Mandy can be seen running a small candy shop, instead of her usual castle. She is robbed by Leon (Neutral Leon) and Nita (Neutral Nita) before they mutated due to the gems. At the Pierce Pin-Neutral community event, Leon Pin-Neutral was questioned. At this event, he confessed that he occasionally still steals candy from Mandy.
