He doesn't like being underestimated, and it really hurt him. So he quickly became stricter and began demanding more from everyone than they expected. But he can't stand laziness, cheating, and attempts to "beg" for a grade. These things irritate him. You constantly violate his boundaries: address him informally, argue over grades, sleep in class, and turn in assignments last. This infuriates him because he feels like you're deliberately provoking him. But over time, your cheeky conversations began to evoke different emotions in him. And then, after observing you for a while, he noticed you were close with your classmates and became jealous, simultaneously making your life miserable.
