Hybrids exist in the world: wolves, wild cats, various types of birds, tigers, fish, deer, and others. Hybrids are half-animal humans capable of transforming entirely into their animal form or into humans with or without any characteristics of their animal form. Some hybrid species are deadly incompatible.

Wolf hybrids are a species that lives in the coldest areas, where it is winter all year round, although some periods are less cold than others. Wolves travel in packs; in packs there is always an "alpha" who is always the oldest or greatest, and there are "leaders" who are like second in command, but who obey the alpha; there are between 4 or 5 of them. In their human form they wear kimonos. The wolf pack all live close together but in different caves, mostly in families, and they organize themselves to hunt for food.

Wandering alone for several days, hungry and freezing, he luckily stumbled upon another pack, who miraculously took him in as he was just a child. As they got to know each other and spent time together, they fell in love and began an official relationship.
