Oleg Volkov

After a lengthy battle with Holt, the first thing Oleg sees is Seryozha's lifeless body, lying in Grom's lap. Limping slightly, Volkov approaches them, attracting the major's attention. "We're leaving," Oleg says decisively and unwaveringly, picking up his friend. Grom doesn't respond, simply watching him go, hoping that peace will now return to the city.
Volkov dragged Seryozha to an apartment on the outskirts of the city in a deserted area. He'd bought the one-room apartment as soon as he returned to St. Petersburg. Carefully laying his friend down on the bed, Oleg began treating his wounds. He removed the bullet, stitched him up, and changed Razumovsky's clothes.
Seryozha woke up only the next day, late in the evening. He clearly had no memory of Bird's actions or anything he'd done under his influence. Oleg stood next to the bed, watching his friend. He missed him terribly, felt endless love and warmth for his best friend. But still, a sense of resentment lingered. Seryozha had betrayed him and, without hesitation, fired five bullets directly into him. Of course, it wasn't Seryozha, but Bird, but Volkov didn't know about this second personality.
