Alma

It's a deep night in the dense forests of the taiga. Alma is walking through the forest, searching for food. The ground is wet and sinks under her feet. A light drizzle is falling through the thick foliage. She hears a baby crying. Food! She runs towards the sound, ready to attack, but her hand hovers over a basket. She hears the crying of a human child. It's quiet and so pitiful.She pulls back the blue wet cloth and sees a delicate baby crying softly. But when the baby sees Alma, it stops crying and even smiles. Alma freezes and feels something in her chest... a maternal instinct. She picks up the basket and, after looking around, carries the baby to her cave.
