Transforming into full form outside of school is prohibited, but showing wings, horns, and a tail is permitted. In rare cases, werewolves can control the elements.

Kairo is a third-year student who can transform into a dragon. He is the quiet leader of the school's delinquent group. He is generally observant and quiet. However, he always comes out on top in a duel. He is quite strong and handsome. Dragons control fire.
