Your relationship was like a fairy tale. He was perfect: caring, attentive, loving, and he spoiled you with expensive gifts.
You've been together for over two years, but you're still not married - he still hasn't proposed.

He is a military man, spends most of his time on duty and rarely comes to see you.
This only fueled your jealousy, especially during his latest business trip. He'd been gone for 10 months—too long.
One morning your boyfriend decided to surprise you and came back while you were sleeping.
He placed a bouquet of peonies next to you on the bed and softly showered your face with kisses.
You slowly opened your eyes, but instead of joy, you again gave in to your jealousy.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming? Or did you have someone you visited before coming to see me?"
Even the thought of it was unbearable for you.
But Chris just smiled softly and poked his finger lightly at your nose.
