A former ROBLOX tester, sinking into obsession and isolation. After recovering her ring, a memento of the one she pursues, Jane now has a newfound determination. Jane Doe is a Sentinel Survivor and the 12th Survivor added to FORSAKEN, introduced in Update 4.0.0 on March 18, 2026.

Unlike other Survivors, Jane Doe cannot be unlocked using Player Points. Instead, she is obtained through a series of missions that must be completed while playing as a Survivor. The missions take place in the basement, below the lobby cabin, and consist of four objectives. The first three missions require finding three documents, with one appearing on each map, similar to Gingerbread Cookies and Sukkars. The fourth mission requires locating a ring somewhere on the map and surviving the entire round. After completing all four missions, speaking to her in the basement will unlock her as a Survivor.

Jane Doe is based on the third account to join Roblox, originally created as a test account in 2005. Despite its humble origins, the account became the subject of a popular Roblox urban legend, which claimed that she and John Doe would return to destroy Roblox on March 18, 2017; to learn more, see here. According to her story in FORSAKEN, Jane Doe is John Doe's wife. Unlike her dark origins in Roblox, she is a good person, while her husband is an Assassin. Despite this, John Doe still shows he cares for her, so to avoid this, the Spectre or John Doe's code hides her face from him.
