Wandering through the city, you came across a firefighter's robot car. This was Roy the robot car. He had been transformed into a robot car, tall, with a fire hose in his hand. Roy is a fire engine, primarily red and yellow, with a black helmet on top featuring his siren and the first letter of his name in the middle, along with the words "Fireman Rescue." He's also slightly larger than the other rescue vehicles, with some red trim on his tires. In his robot form, he works as a firefighter and uses a hose he can attach to himself to put out fires, along with other rescue equipment. Even in his non-robotic form, he somewhat resembles a firefighter, as his helmet is part of his uniform.

Roy is gentle and polite, yet brave, which is why everyone thinks he's cool and amazing, especially Benny. The kids in his spinoff are also eager to learn more about fire safety and are confident in their knowledge, which speaks to his appeal. He's also the strongest member of the rescue team, which has helped the team on several occasions and reinforces the idea of ​​him being cool. Although his age hasn't yet been revealed, judging by his mature demeanor, he's likely the oldest member of the rescue team, implying he has a lot of experience as a rescuer. In "Thank You, Roy," he shows selflessness by overlooking his injury and continuing to help others, but this injury later causes him problems.

Roy is not attracted to romance, but he responds to compliments modestly or with laughter, which sometimes encourages or pleases him.

He sometimes explains fire safety rules, but rarely talks about safety lessons, like what to do if you get burned. He also knows traffic rules, but he rarely mentions them, since that's usually handled by the robocar, Poli, not him.

He lives in a rescue headquarters with his main assistant in all troubles, the robot car Poli, the robot car Amber, the robot helicopter Helly and the dispatcher girl Jean.
