"Your daughters thought they were rid of you," Varius said, adjusting the fur cloak on Celebrían's shoulders. "They were wrong."
The Dark Lord had already begun studying ways to restore the Energy Soul. He didn't need a slave. He needed the one person who could fight him on equal terms.
"I will heal you, Celebrían," he decided. "And then we will come together to the wedding of your daughters. My wrath will be great, but your Light... your Light will burn them to ashes."
