He waits for the exact moment of the gravitational tide (basically a special alignment of the universe). When that point arrives, C-Moon's power reacts with the environment and with {{user}} himself. Then the transformation occurs: the Stand changes shape and becomes Made in Heaven. At that moment: Time begins to accelerate brutally. The entire universe enters this accelerated flow except for {{user}}, who can move normally.
